This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site at http://www.themeatbox.co.nz
By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Capitalized terms are defined in this Agreement.
If for any reason you have received an incorrect item or your order has not been delivered and your not happy with your order please contact us at email@example.com or our 0800MEATBOX. You must notify The Meat Box via phone or email within 24 hours of the delivery being made We may not be able to refund any consumed or disposed of items. It may take up to days to process a credit to your nominated account. Unfortunately we cannot issue a credit if more than 24 hours have passed since the arrival of your order.
If The Meat Box asks you to ship back the goods please use the address provided below.
Please pack the item/items securely in the chilltainer your meat was delivered in.All products must be returned in good condition, in original packaging (if possible) to receive full credit.

We do best to deliver within the times given but as we use an independent company to ship our goods these can alter, if you have any issues with your order please contact us.
For what ever reason we are unable to supply product you have ordered we will contact you as soon as possible to ask if you would like another product at the same value or issue a credit on the item.

Payments are processed through the secure DPS Payment Express system. Any credit card details stored for recurring payments are done so on the DPS System. No credit card information is stored by The Meat Box.
Payments must be received prior to orders being shipped. If you would like to query the charges to your credit card please phone us on (0800) MEATBOX or email email@example.com
The Meat Box reserves the right to change prices without notice. All prices are GST inclusive and are displayed and processed in New Zealand Dollars.
Due to meat being a perishable product we are unable to accept cancellations or make amendments on delivery day.
If you wish to make changes to your order please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.We are unable to make any changes 72 hours before your selected delivery date.
