Cooking Tips
  1. Place diced beef in your favourite wet marinade, overnight yields best results. Our suggestion? Give it a Chinese twist using vinegar, soy and worcestershire sauce.
  2. Remove from marinade and generously coat with cornflower. Cornflower seals in all the moisture and flavours you have just used to infuse the meat.
  3. Bring pan or skillet to medium high heat with two tablespoons of sunflower oil.
  4. Flash fry the diced beef until the outsidestarts begin to caramelise and be sure to toss frequently to avoid sticking or burning.
  5. Pair with some steamed greens and enjoy ;-)

    Best tasty beef

The diced beef was such a pleasure to eat, I cooked it in a goolash and it was wonderful, had the real meat taste. The meat I ordered arrived well packed and looked really fresh.
