Baby Back Ribs – Approx 600g (weights vary)
Baby Back Ribs (also back ribs or loin ribs) are taken from the top of the rib cage between the spine and the spare ribs, below the loin muscle. They have meat between the bones and on top of the bones, and are shorter, curved, and sometimes meatier than our Pork Spare Ribs.
Fail safe cooking method:
- Place in a slow cooker on low setting for approx 2.5-3 hours.
- Remove from slow cooker and place under oven grill for 5-10 minutes basting with quality barbeque sauce or your choice of marinade.
- Serve with a tangy slaw and some ciabatta bread. Voila!
