Cooking Tips
  1. In a shallow bowl, combine 1/4 cup of honey, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup green onions, 2 tablespoons cooking oil, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1 tablespoon vinegar, and 1 teaspoon minced ginger. Mix well and set aside.
  2. Preheat oven to 220 degrees and place two packs of our 500g Chicken Thighs (approx 6 thighs) into the marinade (previous night is best).
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping twice while baking to ensure the chicken doesn't dry out on top.
  4. Oven grill for 5 minutes at high heat until golden brown and slightly charred on the edges. Chicken should have an internal temp of 70 degrees.
