Cooking Tips

1. Preheat oven to 170C 

2. Place some garlic, onion and rosemary in a metal roasting pan. 

3. Place mini lamb leg in the pan. 

4. Sprinkle generously with salt and pepper and rub it in. 

5. Cook for approx 60 minutes for medium rare, 75 minutes for medium to well done.
