Cooking Tips
  1. Using a mortar and pestle, lightly crush 2 teaspoons cumin and coriander seeds and 1 teaspoon sumac. Combine Lamb Mince and some Pork Mince (70% v 30%), garlic, chopped mint, onion, spice mixture and 1 tablespoon oil.
  2. Roll mixture into 16 walnut-sized balls.
  3. Roast for 30 minutes or until meatballs are browned and cooked through.
  4. Combine some Greek yoghurt and lemon zest and juice. Drizzle over the meatballs and sprinkle with any remaining sumac.
  5. Scatter with extra mint leaves to serve.

    Loved it

    The whole meat box was excellent, however the gel packets exploded around the packets of meat packages , had to be washed and cleaned prior to being frozen
