Baby Back Ribs (also known as back ribs or loin ribs) are taken from the top of the rib cage between the spine and the spare ribs, below the loin muscle. Perfect for 'low n slow barbecue' they have meat between and on top of the bones, and are shorter, curved, and sometimes meatier than Pork Spare Ribs.

Cooking Tips
  1. Remove from fridge and let come up to room temperature.
  2. Generously apply both sides of rack with a great rub (we suggest The Four Sauceman award winning 'Pork' Rub).
  3. Set up smoker for an indirect heat of 230 degrees farenheit (using your favourite wood) and place Baby Back ribs on grate, bone side down. 
  4. Smoke for 3 hours, then pull em out and wrap, before placing back in smoker for another 2 hours. 
  5. Remove from smoker and add apple juice or preferred basting solution. 
  6. Return to smoker for 1 more hour. 
  7. Your Pitmaster perfect Baby Back ribs are ready, Enjoy!
