Air Fryer Giveaway T&Cs

  1. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to residents of New Zealand who are 18 years or older. Employees of The Meat Box, their families, and anyone else professionally connected to the promotion are not eligible to enter.

  2. Entry Period: The promotion runs from 12:00 AM NZST on 14th August 2024 until 11:59 PM NZST on 31st August 2024.

  3. How to Enter:

    • Order Giveaway: Every order placed with The Meat Box during the promotional period will automatically enter the customer into the draw to win one of two Air Fryers. Only one entry per order.
    • Social Media Giveaway: The third Air Fryer will be given away through a separate social media contest. Details on how to enter will be announced on The Meat Box's official social media channels.

  4. Prizes: Three winners will each receive one Air Fryer. Two winners will be drawn from the order entries, and one winner will be drawn from the social media contest. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternatives.

  5. Winner Selection:

    • Order Giveaway: Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible order entries and contacted via the email address associated with their order. Winners will be notified by 7th September 2024.
    • Social Media Giveaway: The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible social media entries and contacted via the social media platform used for the contest. The winner will be notified by 7th September 2024.

  6. Claiming the Prize: Winners must respond within 7 days of being notified to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within this timeframe, The Meat Box reserves the right to offer the prize to another entrant.

  7. Publicity: By accepting the prize, winners agree to participate in any promotional activities related to the giveaway, including the use of their name and image in The Meat Box's marketing materials.

  8. Privacy: Personal information collected during the promotion will be used in accordance with The Meat Box’s privacy policy and will not be shared with third parties without the entrant’s consent.

  9. General Conditions: The Meat Box reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on The Meat Box's website.

  10. Governing Law: The promotion and these Terms & Conditions are governed by New Zealand law.
