Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using http://www.themeatbox.co.nz (“the Site”) operated by The Meat Box Ltd. (“us”, “we”, or “our”). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site at http://www.themeatbox.co.nz
By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Capitalized terms are defined in this Agreement.
If for any reason you have received an incorrect item or your order has not been delivered and your not happy with your order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You must notify The Meat Box via phone or email within 1 hour of the delivery being made. Consumed or disposed of items will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
Unfortunately we cannot issue a credit if more than 24 hours have passed since the arrival of your order before notifying us.
If The Meat Box asks you to ship back the goods please use the address provided below. The Meat Box will cover any and all shipping and fulfilment costs incurred in sending goods back for inspection or assessment if deemed responsible for any product non conformance.
Please pack the item/items securely in the box your meat was delivered in, including wool liner and ensure ice packs are frozen. All products must be returned in good condition, in original packaging (if possible) to receive full credit or refund.

We do our very best to deliver within the times given, but as we use an independent company to ship our goods these times can alter, if you have any issues with your order please contact us by email on email@example.com.
For what ever reason we are unable to supply product you have ordered we will contact you as soon as possible to ask if you would like another product at the same value or issue a refund on the item.
You can contact the Meat Box Team anytime on email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll aim to get back to within the hour between the hours of 9am and 5pm.
Credit Card payments
Payments are processed through the secure DPS Payment Express system. Any credit card details stored for recurring payments are done so on the DPS System. No credit card information is stored by The Meat Box.
Payments must be received prior to orders being shipped. If you would like to query the charges to your credit card please email us on email@example.com
The Meat Box reserves the right to change prices without notice. All prices are GST inclusive and are displayed and processed in New Zealand Dollars.
Due to meat being a perishable product we are unable to accept cancellations or make amendments on the day of cutting and packing or delivery.
If you wish to make changes to your order you can amend your order up until 5pm two days prior to delivery.
