You can choose your own delivery date when placing your order online. We deliver Tuesday to Friday for residential/business addresses. Orders in before; Sunday midnight - delivered Wednesday / Monday midnight - delivered Thursday / Tuesday midnight - delivered Friday / Wednesday midnight - Tuesday delivery
We cut everything to order to ensure you are getting the freshest meat possible.
To ensure this we have to have a cut off time for orders please see below:
Order before Thursday, and receive your order following Tuesday.
Order before Monday and receive your order on Wednesday
Order before Tuesday and receive your order on Thursday
Order before Wednesday and receive your order on Friday
Orders placed over the weekend will be delivered on Wednesday at the earliest. After this point, orders will be working their way through our butchery so cannot be cancelled or amended. If you have any problems regarding your order please contact us via email email@example.com
We proudly partner with a national courier network, NZ Post, to deliver your Meat Box. All our meat is packed with slow temper gel-ice packs in a wool lined box to keep your meat chilled both during delivery and also sitting at your door. In temperature trials, our packaging system has been proven to keep meat at cold for up to 12 hours, so you can be sure that your meat will be in the best condition when it reaches you. Best of all, it's sustainable and recyclable packaging.
*Please note: If you are getting your order delivered to your business address, please ensure you have a chilled place to store your meat till you head home at the end of the day. Most orders will be delivered between 9am-5pm on your chosen day.
We know how busy weekdays can be so you don’t need to be home when we deliver; we can leave your Meat Box in a designated area, just let us know by including delivery instructions on your account/ check out.
North Island deliveries carry a flat-fee of $8.00, however orders over $100 are delivered FREE!
*South Island deliveries are $15.00 per 5kg and an additional $5 per kg after
example: Order 7.8kg ($15 +$5 +$5)

*South Island bound orders have incurred a number of price rises from our courier provider since we began. This is understandable given all South Island orders are sent by way of overnight air freight. In an effort to service ALL of the country we have always absorbed these increases to date and subsidised such. However, the cost to get orders to the South Island has become too high not to pass some of that cost on. We do hope our South Island customers understand, and in the meantime we do want to stress we are working away in the background to find other avenues that help us reduce our cost to serve you.

As for timing, order typically arrive between 9am and 3pm and are left at your doorstep or another easily deliverable location at your home or workplace (just let us know in the 'delivery notes' section ofyour order)
Yes absolutely, you can track your order by going to the Account Info screen (right-hand corner), clicking your order, and then clicking on the courier tracking number. You will also receive a text notification when your order has been delivered.
