Cooking Tips
- Place diced beef in your favourite wet marinade, overnight yields best results. Our suggestion? Give it a Chinese twist using vinegar, soy and worcestershire sauce.
- Remove from marinade and generously coat with cornflower. Cornflower seals in all the moisture and flavours you have just used to infuse the meat.
- Bring pan or skillet to medium high heat with two tablespoons of sunflower oil.
- Flash fry the diced beef until the outsidestarts begin to caramelise and be sure to toss frequently to avoid sticking or burning.
- Pair with some steamed greens and enjoy ;-)
