3) Heat for 90 secs at 1000 W.°

1) Add 30 mL (2 tbsp) of water and contents of the pouch and heat.

3) Serve immediately.
In A Stir-fry Pan

I was disappointed with my order. Again advocado was over ripe. Had to be discarded. Ready made mash potatoes. I do not like cooking out of packets. Discarded that too. The rest of the product was fine. For what I got that was a rather expensive exercise. I will not order the vegetables again.
