Add Address- Using a mortar and pestle, lightly crush 2 teaspoons cumin and coriander seeds and 1 teaspoon sumac. Combine Lamb Mince and some Pork Mince (70% v 30%), garlic, chopped mint, onion, spice mixture and 1 tablespoon oil.
- Roll mixture into 16 walnut-sized balls.
- Roast for 30 minutes or until meatballs are browned and cooked through.
- Combine some Greek yoghurt and lemon zest and juice. Drizzle over the meatballs and sprinkle with any remaining sumac.
- Scatter with extra mint leaves to serve.
