Cooking Tips
  1. Heat a griddle pan over a high heat (or fire up the barbie). Rub the lamb steaks with oil and a sprinkling of seasoning made up of rosemary, garlic and salt, then sear on each side for 2-3 minutes for medium.
  2. Brush again with the same marinade generously and set aside covered to rest for 2 minutes.
  3. Enjoy!

    Lamb Leg Steaks

    Have had these in the past and they're always tender and juicy cooked in the airfryer. Unfortunately they were unavailable in latest order so review is for past enjoyment
