Cooking Tips
  1. Heat a griddle pan over a high heat (or fire up the barbie). Rub the lamb steaks with oil and a sprinkling of seasoning made up of rosemary, garlic and salt, then sear on each side for 2-3 minutes for medium.
  2. Brush again with the same marinade generously and set aside covered to rest for 2 minutes.
  3. Enjoy!

Cooking Tips
