Ordered a voucher for a gift. Experience was confusing as it was asking for a delivery date etc like a physical delivery but it was an online voucher. I think it was sent out straight away but it went to spam. I contacted support and they were quick to deal with. I'd suggest more info on the voucher page to explain the process.
