Add Address- Remove the chicken from the fridge 30 minutes before cooking, to let it come up to room temperature, and preheat oven to 220 degrees
- Drizzle the chicken with oil and season well with our 'Chicken Herbes' single use herb sachet.
- Take a bay leaf, some thyme, rosemary and a lemon and place inside cavity of chicken (be sure to knife prick lemon all over first).
- Turn heat down immediately to 200 degrees and cook for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and cover with tin foil then place a tea towel on top also. Let rest for 15 minutes before cutting/portioning.

Cooking Tips
