I recently had an experience with my order from The Meat Box company that I believe warrants some attention. While I appreciate the prompt refund for the Paddock to Pantry Salad Mix, I encountered significant dissatisfaction with the overall quality of several products. Specifically, the Salad Mix was noticeably not fresh, resulting in a considerable portion being unusable. Furthermore, similar issues extended to other items, such as the meat products, which were not only lacking freshness but also poorly packaged, leading to leakage. Of particular concern were the Belly Pork Strips, which were not only inedible due to signs of ageing but also emitted an unpleasant odour upon opening, necessitating their disposal. I understand that maintaining consistent quality across products can be challenging, but such instances detract from the reputation and expectation I have for The Meat Box Company. Additionally, I would like to highlight areas for potential improvement in customer service. While I received a refund, the overall experience left me feeling undervalued as a customer.
