The secret to cooking Speckle Beef beef scotch is to keep things simple, it has the highest natural marbling of all cuts and has a unique grass-fed flavour and texture.  SpeckleBeef scotch is at its most tender when the fat melts completely, so we recommend serving it medium rare. Simply season with good quality salt and freshly ground black pepper and cook in a pre-heated, greased pan over a high heat. Sear the scotch each side and check for doneness by the touch test or use a thermometer.

Remember to rest the steak for at least five minutes before enjoying this delicacy. If you can wait that long!

    You little beauty!

    Next level. Just an entirely new level - had a slight delay with part of my order, they upgraded me to an in-stock, higher priced meat!!!!!! No extra charge!!! Yeah... this is why I've gone away from corporate buying, to people closer in charge and who just know... the meat is better than supermarkets by a country mile (you will be shocked at the difference).
