The whole rump was 5.8 kg, before any trimming. The meat itself was good quality, and I do like buying a while rump as it's easier to prepare in bulk and freeze for easy weeknight dinners.

Git 6/7 kg weight with fat on still sealed 6kg 200g
Then cut into steaks after removing 1.5 kg of fat which wasn't it all so ended up with only just over 5 kg of meat from a 6/7 kg purchase extremely disappointing
