- In a second bowl, combine 1 cup bread crumbs, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, and 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
- On a plate or a wide bowl, generously spread out 1 cup of flour.
- Roll each piece in flour, then dip in the egg mixture and then roll in your bread-crumb mixture.
- Place in medium high heat pan with 2cm depth oil.
- Remove from pan, drain off and sit on paper towels.
