First time buyer and was excited to receive my boxes, initial reaction that it was packed okay but as I started to unpack more I found that some of my items had been squashed, bruised, had soft spots on the fruit and a few items missing from the order as well. Going from the packing slip states that I got nectarines and peaches, kiwifruit and a tomato punnet, and a packet of jasmine rice which weren’t there.
If there were substitutions made I would have like to be notified by having it written on the actual packing slip. Saves future complaints.
Delivery was prompt and packing could have been better. I wouldn’t have minded if my boxes had been split so my meat was in one and my fruit and veges were in another. May have saved some of the quality.

Meals come with no instructions, most meals were flavourless which was a bummer too.

Very happy with this box for my family, pity that instead of the Irish lamb stew meal we received the pulled pork again. Other than that my family of 3 boys enjoyed it
