A little disappointed
First time buyer and was excited to receive my boxes, initial reaction that it was packed okay but as I started to unpack more I found that some of my items had been squashed, bruised, had soft spots on the fruit and a few items missing from the order as well. Going from the packing slip states that I got nectarines and peaches, kiwifruit and a tomato punnet, and a packet of jasmine rice which weren’t there. If there were substitutions made I would have like to be notified by having it written on the actual packing slip. Saves future complaints. Delivery was prompt and packing could have been better. I wouldn’t have minded if my boxes had been split so my meat was in one and my fruit and veges were in another. May have saved some of the quality.
