Lamb Oyster Shoulder, nice but could do with a bit more flavour
Nice cut and very well cooked, fell of the bone and was very juicy. all the family found the flavour ok but it was very mild and we had to add some salt to pick it up. It would have been nicer if the herbs/spices you cooked it with were more prominent.
