Cooking Tips
  1. Remove the pork chops from the refrigerator and massage with chopped 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper into the meat. Set the pork chops aside at room temperature for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and cook until a rich, brown crust forms on the bottom.
  3. Turn and flip the Pork Chops to do the same on the other side.
  4. After searing, reduce heat to medium and if you like, add butter, garlic, and herbs (like thyme or rosemary)
  5. Let chops rest 5–10 minutes, loosely tented with foil—this allows juices to redistribute

We recently bought pork chops in our order from The Meat Box. Yes they will be in our next order as reminded us what pork chops used to taste like. They were amazing. Thank you The Meat Box
