New ZealandThese pork strips have become a staple in our family due to how versatile they are. I often slice them thin and use them for Korean style or char siu style pork. However you can also cut them into bigger chucks for a tender stewed pork dish or cut them in half and sear them like steak and add a bit of char soy glaze for char siu pork belly steaks which taste amazing. The marinade on them adds a nice base flavour but isn’t overpowering which is why you can use it in so many different ways
