    We ate your rump

    And greatly enjoyed it :) we love to portion the meat into different types we like, eg goulash, stir fry, steaks and we even made mince out of it. Great product and great service.

    Lovely, lovely steak

    I have tried both the rump and the sirloin steak. Both were excellent. As a bonus the price is exceedingly good and, almost unbelievably, as they were short stocked when I ordered, I was sent 2 x 2.5Kg as opposed to the 1 x 3-4Kg at no extra cost! How fantastic! Sadly most of the meat has had to be frozen as there's only me & the wife to eat it all. My top tip for my next chunk will be to "Go French" and divide it into the separate muscles when packing for freezing. Not a lot of work and it means you can loose the "silver skin" and the like.

    Superb meat & excellent price. What more could you want?
