Ingredients

Pulled Pork (use desired amount from a 1kg packet)
Paneton Ciabatta rolls (heated according to packet instructions) or your choice of bread
300g Coleslaw
Mayonnaise
2 potatoes
Salt and pepper, to taste



Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C 
  2. Remove the desired amount of pulled pork from the packet.
  3. Place the pulled pork in a microwave-safe dish and heat on high for 4-6 minutes, or until heated through.
  4. Wash and dry the potatoes. Cut them into thick chip shapes.
  5. Place the potato chips in a bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  6. Arrange the potato chips in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chips are golden brown and crispy.
  8. Heat rolls in oven or air fryer according to packet instructions for freshly baked rolls
  9. Slice the ciabatta rolls in half horizontally.
  10. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each roll.
  11. Top with a generous portion of heated pulled pork.
  12. Add a scoop of coleslaw on top of the pulled pork.
  13. Place the top half of the ciabatta roll over the coleslaw to form a slider.
  14. Serve the pulled pork sliders hot with a side of air fryer chips.
