Bacon & Avocado Salad
This fresh, zesty salad is perfect when you’re after something light but full of flavour. With crispy bacon, creamy avocado, and a sweet balsamic glaze, it’s as simple as it is satisfying.

Ingredients
- 6 slices of Gourmet Streaky Bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 avocado, diced or sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 4 cups mixed greens
- Balsamic glaze
- Olive oil and lemon juice for dressing
Cooking Instructions
- Cook the bacon until crispy, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, toss the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, avocado, and red onion.
- Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, and sprinkle the crispy bacon on top.
- Finish with a drizzle of balsamic glaze and serve immediately.
