Cooking Tips
Our personal favourite is our famous Beef, Bacon and Cheese PHAT Burger Patties.
- Take 500g Premium Beef Mince, 200g Minced Bacon and 200g Tasty Cheese and mix together in a large bowl.
- Roll into fist sized balls, then flatten into desired thickness.
- Lightly oil a skillet or frying pan and bring up to medium to high heat.
- Cook for approx 2 minutes each side.
- Either place in a soft bun with mayonnaise, classic ketchup and lettuce, tomato, onions for a truly life changing burger!
