250g streaky bacon, sliced into batons
2T soy sauce
6c cooked rice, cooled
2T sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste
4 fried eggs
- Cook the bacon in a frying pan over a medium-night heat until crispy.
- Add the kimchi and soy sauce abc cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the rice and cook for 4-5 minutes, or until completely heated through.
- Stir through the oil and cook for another minute. Season to taste.
- Serve immediately topped with fried egg.
