Bacon & Kimchi Fried Rice

Easy kimchi fried rice recipe! Kimchi and rice is stir fried with smoky bacon and spicy kimchi juice. It’s simply delicious!

250g streaky bacon, sliced into batons

2c kimchi

2T soy sauce

6c cooked rice, cooled

2T sesame oil 

Salt and pepper to taste 

4 fried eggs

Cooking Instructions
  1. Cook the bacon in a frying pan over a medium-night heat until crispy. 
  2. Add the kimchi and soy sauce abc cook for 2 minutes. 
  3. Add the rice and cook for 4-5 minutes, or until completely heated through. 
  4. Stir through the oil and cook for another minute. Season to taste. 
  5. Serve immediately topped with fried egg.
