1/2c bbq sauce (a spicy one if you like the kick)
1/4c pineapple juice
1t garlic, minced
400g pork loin steaks, cut into 1 inch chunks
3 pineapple rounds, cut into 1 inch chunks
1 small red onion, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 red pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 green pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
Salt and pepper to taste
- Whisk the sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high and thread the ingredients onto skewers. Brush with half of the sauce and keep the other half to serve.
- Grill each skewer for approximately 8 minutes, turning until all sides are slightly charred and the pork is cooked through.
