Beef & Bean Chilli

Ingredients
  • 500g Diced Beef
  • 1 can red kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can chopped tomatoes
  • 1 onion, peeled and chopped
  • 2 tbsp chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
Cooking Instructions
  • Peel and chop the onion.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the diced beef and brown for 5 minutes.
  • Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
  • Stir in the chilli powder, chopped tomatoes, and drained beans.
  • Let it simmer for 15 minutes until the beef is cooked through.
  • Season with salt and pepper, and serve with rice or tortilla chips.
