Ingredients
- 500g Diced Beef
- 1 can red kidney beans, drained
- 1 can chopped tomatoes
- 1 onion, peeled and chopped
- 2 tbsp chilli powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Cooking Instructions
- Peel and chop the onion.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the diced beef and brown for 5 minutes.
- Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
- Stir in the chilli powder, chopped tomatoes, and drained beans.
- Let it simmer for 15 minutes until the beef is cooked through.
- Season with salt and pepper, and serve with rice or tortilla chips.
