3T malt vinegar
2T brown sugar
100g can chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
500g Chicken Nibbles
- Place the vinegar, honey, brown sugar, chipotle peppers and garlic into a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Place the chicken nibbles into a large bowl and stir through the marinade. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for atleast 4 hours).
- Preheat oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with baking paper. Place chicken onto the tray and reserve the excess marinade. Bake for 15 minutes.
- Brush the remaining marinade over the chicken and bake for another 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
