Ingredients
- 500g of your favourite Meat Box chicken - we prefer Diced Chicken or Stir-Fry Chicken
- Paddock To Pantry Salad Mix
- Paddock To Pantry White Meat Seasoning
- A selection of your favourite veggies and condiments
Cooking Instructions
- If your chicken isn't pre-cut, chop up the chicken into bite sized portions.
- Heat the pan to medium heat and add oil.
- Once the pan is hot, add the chicken and coat with Paddock To Pantry White Meat Seasoning ensuring that all of the chicken gets it fair share of seasoning!
- Cook the chicken for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally to ensure the chicken is evenly cooked. Check the chicken is cooked through before removing from the pan.
- While the chicken is cooking, wash your Paddock To Pantry salad mix and chop up your favourite veggies. We love to add homegrown tomatoes, cucumber, avocado and caramelised onion.
- Serve with your favourite condiments - Mel loves Kewpie Mayo, while Wayne prefers Pepper & Me 'Get Lit' Chipotle Sauce.
