Herby yoghurt sauce

This sauce is a yummy, healthier alternative to mayo or aioli. It’s full of good natural ingredients and adds freshness, creaminess and zing. You can also make this dairy free by substituting the natural yoghurt for plain coconut yoghurt. You just might need to add a little more salt and or lemon juice  as coconut yoghurt can be slightly sweeter

3-4 servings


1 cup natural plain yoghurt or Greek yoghurt

½ clove finely minced garlic 

Juice of ½ lemon

½ tsp. lemon zest

4 Tbsps. mixed chopped herbs (we used coriander and mint) 


Cooking Instructions

Mix all together in a bowl and it’s ready to serve.
