Tandoori chicken burgers

These burgers are so incredibly delicious, the perfect weekend meal that the kids are sure to love too! Chicken tenderloins, crusty bun, herby yoghurt sauce, fresh herbs and crunchy vegetables, the best combo. Don’t take our word for it, try them for yourself!

Ingredients

Good quality bakery buns

500g Chicken Tenderloins

1 portion of our tandoori marinade (you can find this recipe on our website)

1 small cucumber ribboned 

½ red onions thinly sliced

Coriander leaves

1 portion of our herby yoghurt sauce (this recipe is also on our website) 

Cooking Instructions

Mix up our tandoori marinade recipe and coat all over the chicken tenderloins, place in the fridge for 30 minutes. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees (these would also be fab on the bbq) Then make up our herby yoghurt sauce recipe and get your veg ready. Place your chicken tenderloins into an oven proof baking dish and into the oven for 20 minutes. Slice your buns in half an place under the grill to lightly toast, keep an eye on them it doesn’t take long. Add everything into your buns and enjoy!
