Satay Sauce

This satay sauce is so creamy and delicious and just a little bit spicy. It’s super simple to make

and tastes fantastic with chicken or beef, use it as a dipping sauce a drizzling sauce or even a stir fry sauce. It’s got coconut, lime, chili, garlic, ginger all the yummy flavors to add that extra wow factor to your dish. You can add more or less chili depending on your preferred spice level but this recipe I would class as a mild- medium heat.

2 red chillies 

1 clove garlic

½ teaspoon minced ginger 

Juice of ½ a lime

100mls coconut milk

½ cup good quality peanut butter

¼ cup warm water

1 Tblspn soy sauce

1 Tblspn honey

1 tspn fish sauce

Pinch of salt

Cooking Instructions

Blend everything together in a blender, then pour into a saucepan and heat on a medium to low heat for approximately 5 minutes stirring often.
