1. Rinse the chicken nibbles with water and pat dry with a paper towel. Put the nibbles into a shallow dish and add the soy sauce, lemon juice, ginger and garlic. Mix together then cover and refrigerate overnight.
2. Remove the nibbles from the dish and pat dry with paper towels. Heat a frying pan over a medium heat and melt the butter with the oil. Add the nibbles and drizzle the honey over them.
3. Fry for 5 minutes then continue to turn frequently, as you cook to ensure the nibbles are covered with the glaze as it reduces. Cook for another 3 minutes or until the nibbles are sticky and cooked through.
4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
