1 packet Beef meatballs
100ml hoisin sauce
2T soy sauce
2T rice vinegar
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2t fresh ginger, grated
1/2t sesame oil
- Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Place the meatballs onto the prepared tray leaving space in between each and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- While the meatballs are baking, mix the remaining ingredients together in a small saucepan. Heat over a medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Once the sauce begins to thicken, remove from the heat as it will continue to thicken as it cools.
- Pour the sauce over the meatballs then serve them on a bed of rice with some Asian greens. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
