Ginger Ale Pork Loin Steaks

The secret weapon in this recipe is 'Ginger Ale'.The Loin Steaks are marinated overnight and turn our super moist and tender.

1 cup ginger ale

1/2 cup soy sauce

1  clove of garlic crushed

1 Tbsp mustard powder

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

¼ cup brown sugar

3 to 5 dashes Tabasco sauce

Cooking Instructions
  1. Place marinade ingredients in a zip-top plastic bag or ceramic dish.
  2. Add pork chops and marinate several hours or overnight.
  3. Heat a fry pan or grill. Place chops on the grill and cook for 5 minutes per side
  4. Total cooking time should be 10 to 12 minutes.
