Ultimate Sweet and Sour Pork

3 Tbsp Pepper & Me Gotcha Good Sauce

400g Pork Steaks

⅓ cup Pepper & Me Gotcha Good Sauce

⅓ cup White Vinegar

⅓ cup Sugar

2 Tbsp Tomato Sauce

½ cup Potato Starch or cornflour

Oil for deep frying

1 Onion, thinly sliced

½ -¾ Bag of stir fry frozen vegetables

1 can pineapple with juice

Cooking Instructions
  1. Toss the diced pork in Gotcha Good Sauce - leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes

  2. Add potato starch or cornflour to pork and toss well, you need enough potato or starch to give it a dry coating, you are not looking for a wet batter

  3. Heat oil over a medium high heat and when shimmering and hot, fry pork in batches for 4-5 minutes until golden and cooked through

  4. To make the sauce, combine the Gotcha Good, vinegar, sugar, tomato sauce and juice of the can of pineapple. Simmer for 5 minutes

  5. Add a drizzle of oil to a wok or fry pan and stir fry the vegetables over a high heat for a minute or two

  6. Add the pork and pineapple and pour over the sauce. Stir fry for a minute or so to make sure everything is thoroughly coated

  7. Drizzle with Pepper & Me Sesh oil for spice and serve with steamed rice.
